Azodicarbonamide - ADA Free

The use of azodicarbonamide (ADA) in baking bread had been in the news a lot. Though USDA does approve of the use of ADA at very low levels, we at Aunt Millie’s understand that some customers may have a concern with the use of this ingredient as a dough conditioner.

We have chosen to discontinue to the use of ADA in our bakeries. At this time, all of our baked goods are ADA free. We are currently working to update all packaging so that ADA is removed from the ingredient legend.
