Maple French Toast
Aunt Millie's Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread 


  • 3/4 c. 1% reduced-fat milk
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 12 slices Aunt Millie's Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Yield: 6 Servings (2 pieces each serving)


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients into a shallow dish.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place bread slices in the milk mixture and quickly turn to coat both sides of the bread.
  4. Add bread slices to the pan, and cook until lightly browned. This may take 4-5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the toast and serve immediately.
