Asian-Style Pork Burger
Aunt Millie's Stadium White Hamburger Buns


  • 1 package Johnsonville Stadium White Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. coleslaw mix, finely shredded
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • Lettuce, optional

Yield: 8 servings


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground pork, green onions, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and shape into 8 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6-8 minutes on each side. Thermometer should register 165°.
  4. Meanwhile, combine coleslaw, rice vinegar and soy sauce and let sit while burgers cook.
  5. Remove patties from the grill and place on a bun. Top with desired amount of coleslaw and lettuce, if desired.
