Eggs Benedict Burgers
Honey Hamburger Buns


  • 1 package Johnsonville Stadium Honey Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 4 eggs, poached
  • 4 slices smoked Gouda
  • 1 package Hollandaise sauce, prepared according to package directions

Yield: 4 servings


  1. Combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together, and shape into 4 patties.
  2. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side, topping with sliced cheese after flipping. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  3. Remove from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with sliced ham, poached egg, and Hollandaise sauce.
