Recipe for Mexi Burgers
Mexi Burgers


  • 1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ c. salsa
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ package of taco seasoning mix
  • Lettuce
  • Additional salsa
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Corn chips
  • Pickled jalapenos

Yield: 4 Sandwiches


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground beef, salsa, egg, and taco seasoning and shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6 – 8 minutes on each side. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with desired amount of lettuce, salsa, avocado, sour cream, corn chips, and pickled jalapenos if desired.
