Recipe for Nacho Burgers
Nacho Burgers


  • 1 package Johnsonville Stadium Grillers Hamburger Buns, baked by Aunt Millie's
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 sliced pepperjack cheese
  • 8 strips applewood smoked bacon, cooked
  • 4 pieces canned green chilies
  • 4 Tbsp. jarred queso or nacho cheese dip
  • Fresh Cilantro

Yield: 4 Sandwiches


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently combine ground beef, salt, and pepper and shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties for 6 - 8 minutes on each side, topping with cheese the last few minutes of cooking. Thermometer should register 165 degrees.
  4. Remove burgers from grill and place on hamburger buns. Top with a green chili, two slices of bacon, and 1 tablespoon of queso. Finish with some cilantro leaves.
