  • 2 slices Aunt Millie's Best Grains 12 Whole Grains Bread
  • 2 ounces roasted turkey breast
  • 1 Tbsp. whipped, light cream cheese
  • 3 thin slices red onion
  • 3 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp. marinated sundried tomatoes
  • 4 slices cucumber

Yield: 1 sandwich


  1. Place sundried tomatoes in food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Take one slice of bread and spread with cream cheese.
  3. Top with pureed sundried tomato spread.
  4. Layer red onion, Romaine lettuce, and roasted turkey breast.
  5. Top with second slice of bread.
