Philly Cheesesteak
Deli Super Sub Buns


  • 4 Aunt Millie's Deli Super Sub Buns
  • 1 lb. thinly shaved beef
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 orange pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Yield: 4 sandwiches


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place super sub buns on baking sheet and toast for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, place peppers and onions in a large pan, and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Place beef and Worcestershire sauce into hot pan and cook 4 minutes, then add the peppers and onions back into the pan. Divide into 4 portions and top with 3 slices of cheese on each portion.
  5. Gently lift each portion and place into toasted super sub bun.
