Three Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Best Grains 12 Grain Bread


  • 8 slices Aunt Millie's Best Grains 12 Grain Bread
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. Gruyere, shredded
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, shredded
  • Butter

Yield: 4 Sandwiches


  1. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix the Gruyere and sharp cheddar together in a seperate bowl.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread, and spread some of the mayonnaise mixture on the other side of the bread.
  4. Top the mayonnaise mixture with 1/4 cup of cheese mixture.
  5. Top the sandwich with remaining slices, mayonnaise side down, onto the cheese mixture.
  6. Cook sandwich on each side until golden and crispy. Remove sandwich from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
