This Avocado Club Sandwich is a wholesome twist on a classic. Layered with creamy avocado, plant-based bacon, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and Live Carb Smart® 5 Seed bread for a fresh, nutritious, and utterly delicious sandwich.

cup mayonnaise
4 slices
Swiss cheese
4 slices
mild cheddar cheese
12 slices
plant based bacon

avocados, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1
Very lightly toast bread slices.

Step 2
Evenly spread mayonnaise on 3 slices of bread per sandwich. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of bread. Layer lettuce, two tomato slices, and place three slices of plant based bacon.

Spread mayonnaise on bottom side of middle piece of bread. Cover bread with 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and layer with avocado slices.

Place 3rd slice of bread on top and cut sandwich on diagonal.
