Bring smiles to snack time with these playful animal-face pizza bagels! Made with Aunt Millie’s Bagels and topped with gooey cheese, pizza sauce, and fun toppings like pepperoni ears, hot dog eyes, and Canadian bacon whiskers, they’re the perfect after-school treat for kids to create and devour. These mini masterpieces are as fun to build as they are to eat!

Aunt Millie's Plain or Everything & More Bagels

jar of pizza sauce

bag of shredded mozzarella
1
package of cheddar cheese
8
pepperoni slices
8
hot dogs
1
package of Canadian bacon, cut into strips
black olives
yellow and orange bell pepper

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 375°F.

Split each bagel in half to make 4 flat "pizza crusts". Lay them flat, cut-side up, on a baking sheet.

Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each bagel half. Generously top with a mix of shredded mozzarella or a slice of cheddar cheese.

Use pepperoni slices as "ears" — place them slightly off the top edge of the bagel so they hang over. Add hot dog rounds or more pepperoni slices as "eyes" near the top center of the bagel. Use strips of Canadian bacon to make whiskers coming out from the center. Add olive slices or veggie pieces (like bell pepper or cherry tomato bits) for noses and smiles.

Place in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let them cool slightly before serving so the cheese sets. Enjoy your adorable animal-face pizza bagels!
