shredded lettuce

1/2 cup
banana peppers or pepperoncini

red wine vinegar
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder
Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. While the oven preheats, prepare the grinder salad by mixing the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini in the dressing until evenly coated.

Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish or on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Layer the provolone cheese over the buns, then add the ham, pepperoni, and salami.

Place the top halves of the buns over the meat and cheese. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Once the sandwiches are done, remove the tops, spread the grinder salad over the meat, replace the tops, and serve immediately.
