Ingredients

4-6

frozen chicken tenderloins

2 tablespoons

butter

1 tablespoon

sesame seeds

6-12

pickle slices

Sauce

1/4 cup

mayonnaise

2 tablespoons

sweet chili sauce

1-2 tablespoons

sriracha

1 tablespoon

rice vinegar

Directions

  • Step 1

Prepare the chicken according to the package instructions. Once heated through, cut into slices or bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

  • Step 2

Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

  • Step 3

Separate the buns into tops and bottoms. Place the bottom buns cut-side up and the top buns cut-side down on a baking dish or baking sheet. Melt the butter in a bowl and brush it over both the tops and bottoms of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top buns. Bake the buns for 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

  • Step 4

While the buns are toasting, make the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar in small bowl.

  • Step 5

Once the buns are toasted, spread some of the sauce on the bottom buns. Layer the chicken on top, drizzle with more sauce, add pickles, and finish with the top buns. Serve warm and enjoy!
