Ingredients Needed for Mock Lobster Rolls
- 1 package Johnsonville Brat & Sausage Buns
- 2 packages imitation crab meat, chopped
- ¾ cup light mayonnaise
- ¾ cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Flat-leaf Italian parsley
Directions | Yield: 4 servings of Mock Lobster Rolls
- Thoroughly mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, mustard, olive oil, and parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- When ready to serve, preheat the grill to medium heat, and grill the buns opened flat on the grill.
- Remove buns from the grill and top with the crab mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Mock Lobster Rolls!
