Mock Lobster Rolls

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 package Aunt Millie’s Hearth Whole Grain Hot Dog Buns 
  • 2 packages imitation crab meat, chopped 
  • ¾ cup light mayonnaise 
  • ¾ cup chopped celery 
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • 3 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Italian parsley

Directions | Yield:  4 servings

  1. Thoroughly mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, mustard, olive oil, and parsley.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. When ready to serve, preheat the grill to medium heat, and grill the hot dog buns opened flat on the grill.
  4. Remove buns from the grill and top with the crab mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
