Ingredients
1 Can
(7.5-ounces) salmon
2 Tablespoons
finely chopped green onions
1 Tablespoons
light mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon
nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon
lemon juice
2 teaspoons
fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon
minced fresh dill
Small
bag of lettuce
salt
and pepper, to taste
Directions

Step 1
Drain the salmon and place in a bowl.

Place the remaining ingredients (except lettuce) in with the salmon, and combine gently.

Lay lettuce on the bottom of 4 slices for bread, and top with even portions of the salmon mixture.
